This place is excellent! Grounds are well kept and owners are great

Impeccable and beautiful We are a class A 36' RV with 3 late teens, a car, and a dog. The kids slept in 2 tents. We stayed for 3 nights during a 2 week loop through BC. We left another lousy site a day early and the owner of Kettle Valley was very accommodating. Its an easy place to find, its such a spacious place, a real jewel that frankly nobody knows about. Its a few minutes drive for the float and it lasted about 4 hours, stopping under the bridge that is right below their site. Honestly, I don't even want to write about this place so nobody else finds out about it because I want it to always be a diamond sitting waiting for us to show up. Pros . #1 is the owner, Cathy, who is a helpful, friendly person who's genuinely seems to want you to have a nice, relaxed time . quiet. You are quite far off the highway so there is little to no noise at all . They have suites! if you are not in an RV or trailer, they have very nice suites to rent as well . golf. If you're into golf, it is literally on the other side of the fence. I didn't do the course so can't advise to the quality of it though. . felt like home when we arrived. Could pick from several sites, all were great. All were very green with lots of grass and a spectacular view . well thought out. There are things like solar lights on the power/water distribution boxes so if you arrive at night, you can see what you're doing . expansive field in front of everyone for everyone's use. It is acreage, a huge green area in front, and then leads up to the mountains for a great view . new bathrooms are big and really well thought out. Large, spacious, private, nice finish and great looking. Handicap available. . ice available onsite, pump out onsite . The float is about a 5 minute drive up that the owner will take you to for a modest cost. It lasts about 4hrs and you stop at the bridge near the site. It is about a 15 min walk, which can bit difficult in the heat. Best if you have a car you can park there . 4 minutes to a supermarket at the Midway city very close by Cons . bathrooms are quite a long walk away. We used the showers, which were amazing, but it was a long walk from our campsite . no sewer. They do have a pump out near the sites (next to showers), but its does kinda push you to pick up and leave after a few nights . no power in bathrooms and little ventilation. They should fix this as the mirror is fogged up and you really can't do anything in there after a shower other than dry off and leave. . small. There are only about 8 trailer sites. About 4 or 5 tenter sites. Its not really a con except as it becomes known, i'm sure it will get harder to rent from
