Very accommodating and pleasant owners who try to give you whatever you need. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Pool is clean and never busy. Great place to relax. Close to downtown and beach with many restaurants nearby. Excellent rates. Very recommended for short or long stays.

Average motel. There is a strong curry, paint and air freshener smells in the room. In general they could have warmed up swimming pool to be swimmable, as weather is not sufficiently warm. This would be a bonus. Instead they really solely on large volume of Penticton visitors and the fact that vacancies will fill anyways. We stayed in July and lakes we're cold, a warmer pool would've made a big difference. One day they will be forced to be more proactive and do at least some upgrades. The beds we're comfortable though.

Very happy with this hotel. We came 2 hours before checkin and owner was very nice and let us park our car on the property. Pool was empty most of the time. Room was clean with no carpet. Stayed on the lakefront the night before and this place was way better. Recommed.

Management was very nice and gave lots of information, the room was cozy and peaceful. I liked the free wifi and the quality of the beds.
