Had a fantastic stay. All staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The mattress was so comfortable I didn't want to leave the room.The cafe had tasty food. The pool was fun to exercise. The a/c worked great when needed to use. Great and quiet location. "Can't Wait" to stay here again. Thank you Best Western for a pleasant and satisfying stay

Perfect place to stay for a family holiday. Lots of outdoor grass space for the kids to run/adults to relax. Indoor & outdoor pool! Super close proximity to the beach. The staff were all super friendly and the rooms nice and clean and the breakfasts they offer are fantastic! We had such a great time here on our holiday. Will be back for sure.

The Best Western Inn in Penticton is a typical Motel type. It is set up in a square with all of the rooms looking into a courtyard with an outdoor pool and trees for shade and relaxation. It is situated near the edge of Penticton where one can often see Deer grazing just outside their room. The continental breakfast was neatly arranged. The food was good. The rooms are clean and neat. The service exceptional.

Very clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping service even left note on bed welcoming us and leaving their names. Easiest booking I have ever done on a walk in.

This hotel is older and decor a little tired. Everything kept clean though. Grounds well taken care of too. King bed was super comfy with nice bedding and lots of towels available. Internet connection good. All staff very pleasant and welcoming. The morning breakfast had an excellent selection of items to choose from - hot and cold. The breakfast staff super friendly. Would definitely stay again.
