We were in this hotel for our two nights in Penticton. The two beds were good, the matras the right level of hard/soft. The room was well equipped - see pictures attached.
We checked out the pool, but did not use it. Everything looks up to standard. But not always clean; the room floor had not been vacuumed before we arrived. There was still small stuff lying on the floor as well on a chair (which really needed new fabric put on it). Also nice, socks of a previous guest were lying next to the bed! If they had vacuumed, they would spotted all of that.
Room was equipped with air conditioning, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and the things required to do so, flat-screen TV, ironing board and an iron.
The bathroom had enough towels, some soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and a non functioning hairdryer.
Towels and bed linnen were clean when I checked. Luckily.
The curtains were too short, in my opinion, even though they covered the windows and were even 15 cm longer. At 5 am when it starts to get brighter, your room will light up as well due to the light coming underneath the curtains.
Guess we wouldn't stay here again. Overall cleanliness wasn't convincing.
