Clean, spacious rooms and bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Nice bonus was the little deck with table and 2 chairs ,and a Kurig coffee machine in the room. It Looks like this block of rooms was recently renovated. Would stay here again

Love the Summerland Motel! Beds are comfortable and suites are well stocked. Courtyard between 2nd building is a great place to hang out if you also have friends staying. 10 minute drive to Penticton as its right on the highway.

This was a bitter experience for us to wait out side and trying find some other option late night at 1.25 am on Friday may 18th. The check in computer was out and there had no one in the office to attend us.Also the given support phone number was just a prank that each time we called on it there is just a recorded sweet voice at the other end while we stay out side toiled all the day and was hoping for a rest....Thanks for Summer land Motel for the 'outstanding' experience. Please DO NOT OFFER such a beautiful experience to even a devil!!!

We stayed in the newer wing of the hotel in a room with a kitchen. The rooms were clean, but the furniture is a bit old and could use updating. There were a few holes in the drywall behind the door that need fixing and some of the floor tiles were cracked. We weren't expecting anything fancy, so this didn't bother us. The kitchen in our room was decently equipped, but was missing some items if a family had been staying in our room (which it was suitable for). For example, there were only two water glasses, instead of four, not sufficient cutlery for a family and the tea kettle did not work. The bedroom window faces the highway and although it did not affect sleep, the first night we were here I thought the window was open because the noise from the highway sounded so clear. Overall though, it is a pretty quiet hotel. We were visiting on a busy weekend, and the only time I remember hearing anyone, even room noise, was when people were barbequing in the courtyard area. The courtyard area, by the way, is great. This space would work really well for large groups in town for weddings or family reunions. Staff here are friendly. Check-in was a breeze. If you're planning on doing any work from the hotel using their internet, you're going to have trouble. The internet is spotty and was consistently booting us off the network. The first night we were here it took over an hour to connect, so I've ended up using a fair amount of cellular data. There is a pool, but we forgot our swimsuits so we did not end up using it. It did, however, look inviting and clean. Affordable, comfortable and well-located. Would and will stay here again.
