“Kamloops Trip of Delight” Stopover on our trip from Jasper. The front desk lady was very helpful and detailed all the amenities of the hotel. The breakfast $7.99 is a steal, and was adequate and good. The room was spacious and very clean. A/C worked, fridge and microwave was missing in the room as all rooms does not come with it, but they delivered it when we requested. The rooftop lounge has a limited menu but fill the needs. Thank you Ramada Kamloops!!!

I wanted to stay here because I had a to take a couple courses there. But no one answers the phone when i tried to book a room. We arrived and there was no one at the front desk. Their website also states that they are pet friendly, but the giant sign on their door states that they are not. Now for the 2 courses I took at this location... Apparently Ramada provides the projector and technical support. On 2 separate days the 2 different rooms were not set up. And we waited over an hour each time for technical support to arrive. Overpriced and underwhelming.

From check in to check out the Ramada took great care of us. The beds! The beds were plush and a very good sleep. I was in town for a conference and my friend and I were very pleased

Second visit and no complaints. Very clean bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Front desk staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Very surprised with hot breakfast selection, restaurant has a good view. The rooftop lounge is surely a hidden gem,
