This place is rough. Unless you are just going through I recommend staying elsewhere. It’s a old converted apartment and reaks of mold. The rooms have all laminate that has seen better days. The pool is smelly and the photos are misleading. But.... the breakfast room has a great view and the food was good.

A pretty hotel with enthusiastic staff. The menu in the breakfast area was very good. The outdoor view from the breakfast area was very nice and breathtaking. Beautiful, comfortable designed rooms. A very good place to stay in Kamloops.

Hotel was booked solid, but we got our reservation in just in time. The breakfast was better than I remembered, with egg patties and even fresh fruits and good quality juices. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Thank you

I'm honestly not sure how this hotel can be rated at 3.5 stars. Booked via expedia. It's run down. Our room smelled. There was a big drywall patch not painted. Toilet had stains. Bed sheets has red stains indicative of bed bugs. I googled if the hotel had a history of bed bugs AND THEY did! Found some more red stains on the sheets. We just decided to leave and take the loss. We moved to a different hotel. With 2 small kids on the road for 2 weeks and a clear indication to our mind that the room had bed bugs we took the loss. We're budget tight travellers but it was worth it to take the loss rather than stay there. Google the bed bug history of this hotel and choose another hotel on this strip.

Stayed there and they had a glitch in the system, so I got charged two nights when I only stayed once because they didn't get the request that I changed it to the next night. They didn't even offer to let the one charge off because of a faulty computer I explained everything. The best I could do was call directly to the main Days Inn phonelineand they said talk to the main office but obviously they didn't see any problem. I love this hotel they just need Better customer service.
