Overall okay... Towels by the pool area would be nice. Bathroom tubs need a little tlc, water doesn't fully drain... Just puddles near the middle. Leaving 1 complimentary water bottle when you are 2 guests is a little bit of a slap to the face. Also, they have a strange policy for debit users. At least the rooms are very clean and hot tub and sauna work properly.

Nice and clean A bit surreal having a jacuzzi bath in the bedroom. It's only 6 jet so don't be surprised Gas fire in corner AND air conditioner! Lots of blank TV channels Wifi is good

Clean rooms comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The pool was kind of murky, so I didn't partake. The attached restaurant/steakhouse offers very good food. We're going to return to Kamloops next time rather than just being a stopping point on the way to Banff or Jasper.

Great location. Close to all amenities. Helpful staff.

My Niece and I were in kamloops last weekend for a Ted Talk at the University! My eldest niece was a speaker there and the entire family came down to cheer her on. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The suite we got was cozy, spacious and a little home away from home. My Eldest niece was also staying at the four points, the front desk staff offered to move her on the same floor as us without hesitation and even gave her a box of chocolates as we informed them she was in town for the talk!. We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and each time i leave so happy! The manager Amy Long was very helpful in putting together this weekend getaway and ensuring that myself and my family were taken care of. I will defiantly be back :)
