Or stay was good. The room itself was fine - pretty standard for a room with 2 beds. We were comfortable. The location was good - easy to get to many areas of the city. The hotel advertised a waterside, yet when we arrived there was a printed sign staying it was closed until further notice. The slide itself looked to have been unused for a long time and doesn't appear to be being repaired for use anytime in the near future. Needless to say I had two disappointed kids. That info and the waterslide pictures should be removed from the hotels info - felt a bit duped by that advertisement. Breakfast was included so the was very nice. The parking lot is way to small for the hotel occupancy and location and both nights of our stay we had to create or own parking spot.

If your expecting a water slide, they false advertise this amenity as it has has been out of order for quite some time and they still promote it on all web sites. This was very disappointing for my kids and only reason I booked this hotel mths I advance. Great way to fool you into the door and by then its too late to get a room somewhere else. When you try and make the best of it and use the pool area you get the view of the old deteriorated slide which is very dirty full of mud, dirt, band aids, old shirts, and materials. This pool should be shut down as well. As for the bathroom in our room the cleaners obviously don't pay attention to detail and it looks like they just get a quick wipe down after each guest as I notice so much dirt and grime build up in all corners and tile edges. Upon checkout when my family was trying to enjoy breakfast we were told by the breakfast area worker we were limited to 1 piece of bacon each! After this experience at this hotel we will definitely be steering away from comfort inns and associated hotels. Recommending all family and friends to steer clear as well

Great location and staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Continental breakfast had everything we needed to fuel up! The hotel is within walking distance to numerous restaurants. The picture is the view from the breakfast area.

The room was clean. Bed and pillows were nice and comfy. Bathroom was nice and clean too. The front desk (Ramandeep -totally love this lady. Note to management - give her a raise!) was super nice to us and helped us out when Expedia screwed up our reservation and gave us a better rate. Will definitely stay here once again when we go back to Kamloops.
