Best customer service I experienced throughout my entire week trip in Canada! Our car was victim to a hit and run in their parking lot. The manager, Mandeep went out of his way on a day that he wasn't going to be in the office just to review the overnight security footage of the parking lot for my wife and I. Beyond that, during our stay, the staff was friendly, room was clean, overall enjoyed our stay and was a great value! Would definitely stay here again if we are traveling through town!

For $80 a night on our way to and from Vancouver this place is amazing. I saw reviews of this place that were pretty upset about the state of the rooms, but although I can see minor dings and scrapes on the walls/ small pieces of missing baseboard - I'd say this is as clean and spacious as I'd ever need for a night or two stay on my way through Kamloops. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again! Front desk staff was super friendly, bathroom is bigger than mine at home... All in all no complaints!

What a great place to stay! The hookers that have taken up permanent residency in the room next door, really made our night while they had a party till 2 am. The rotten grape on the floor was a real treat too. Oh and don't forget your continental breakfast, with your choice of 4 different off brands of cereal, off brand frozen waffles and instant coffee! On the bright side it's cheap and the rock stiff beds are surprisingly comfortable.

I don't know how the review is 3.8. I had the worst experience a week ago. The receptionist was very rude. She was not listening to us. She even told us to leave the hotel at around 12:00 o'clock in the night and look for another hotel. When we argued with her, she even called the police. And after about an hour the issue got resolved and we were given keys of rooms. In all this time my family with 8 months daughter stayed in the car outside hotel. The rooms quality was extremely bad. The bedding had very bad smell. The carpet on the floor was very dirty. In the washroom, one of the tap water was not working. Overall we had nightmare experience. Next time, I will spend some more money to avoid such hotels. To be honest, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not bad but not great. Would definitely stay somewhere else next time. Only plus was the price. Good pricing. Room was dirty and beat up. Wallpaper peeling, baseboard heater falling apart. Could see obvious patches in the drywall. Carpet was very dirty, especially around outer edges. TV didn't work properly. Maids were horrible.......they didn't change the sheets once in the week I was there. Left pop cans and water bottles sitting there even though I gathered them nicely by the garbage. Took my dirty towels and didn't give me new ones more than once.....would have to call down to get new ones. Bed sucked.....mattress was broken. Felt like there was a huge hole in the center so had to sleep on one side of it. Parking lot was cramped and finding a place to park was tough. On a plus side the younger girl at the front desk was very nice. Ended
