This place was TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. There's many other options on the same street. The manager was COMPLETELY unhelpful and suspicious & gave us NO privacy. The rooms smelled and were very uncomfortable. No windows on any of the rooms locked AT ALL!! The two rooms we occupied both windows we could open completely from the outside. Would never ever ever reccomend to ANYONE to stay here. Should have read review before staying.

The only thing about this hotel is the bed. It was nice to sleep on. The sheets had stains The toilet was broken. This place needs some love to bring to a regular star motel.

Do not book at the Trans Canada motel I repeat do not book at the Trans Canada Hotel. The front desk attendant booking rooms is extremely rude and has very little customer service skills. I used the online booking app on the Trans Canada motel website at 1 p.m. in Vancouver the website stated there were two rooms of a queen-size bed and no kitchenette and booked the reservation. When I got to the hotel they told me they had no rooms my name was nowhere on the reservation list on his computer and told me he could put me up in his garage. My friend had booked a hotel room there a month ago specifically for this occasion and he gave her the same ring around I chose not to deal with it and I went to the hotel up the road and gave them my business. I highly suggest going with the Super 8 Motel and not with this small home run Shady business. You can make a a reservation a month in advance and he will still give that room to somebody else this is no way to run a motel do not ever trust these people.

Place is a run down motel. It is very affordale. The room assigned to us was not clean. The beddings had some spots and looked untidy. Bathroom smelled not so good. We covered our beddings with extra sheets that we had in the car cause i felt itchy when i lay down on the bed. Maybe it was justme. I hope the owner make some improvements so it won't look very old and untidy. Airconditioning was working fine, though a little bit noisy.

My room is sweet. I have a bedroom that is comfy and its super dark. Been sleeping well! I have a kitchen and a livingroom and my dog is as happy as I am with it. It's older but they take pride in it and their customer service. Mike has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy. I am a new regular. I travel for work and I've stayed in almost every motel in Kamloops. This is by far my favorite so far. Price and value are important and I get both here. And I get to cook! All my neighbors seem to either be students or other people traveling for work. I like it here :)
