Great staff and hotel, extremely clean rooms and very nice view as well. Many options for breakfast in the morning. However, for some reason there are no desks on the 4th floor. This may bother some people who would like to get work done on their laptop. They also have an option where you can decline to get service for your room and they give you a voucher for the restaurant which is a nice touch.

This hotel is a 10 minute drive from downtown Kelowna, maybe less in light traffic. The staff were friendly and helpful at check in and check out. Our room was clean and comfortable although showing a bit of wear in certain areas. The outdoor pool was great, and we used it daily. Our stay included a buffet breakfast which was surprisingly good. Definitely a step up from the standard free hotel breakfast. We would definitely stay here again when in Kelowna.

We had a national conference held here over the weekend. Friendly staff, great lounge and good food. Though it is one of the older iconic buildings of its time, the rooms have been kept up to date.

We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel when we were on our way from Vancouver to Calgary. Thus we decided to stay here again when we headed back home. I would give this hotel 5 stars for the first experience we had because we got upgraded to a suite on the 4th floor. The TV didnt work work so we got another upgrade again to another suite on the same floor. Service was fast and Amanda was very friendly to help with the swap. Giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because the regular room made such a big contrast. The air con was so loud that my bf had a difficult time falling asleep, the wall was so thin that u could hear people were using the hair dryer / showering while walking along the corridor. Rooms were literally next to each other so we didnt need an alarm because others would wake you when they closed their doors in the morning. Having said that, we still enjoyed the clean room, complimentary breakfast and parking. I would still recommend this hotel because it had been a pleasant stay.
