Our 3rd time at this hotel. Love the location, the courtyard and pool area. Great hot free breakfast. A bit disappointed in our room and service this time. Kitchen really needs some extra dishes and cookware etc. When requesting more they told us they don't have them. House keeping just average. Didn't replace kitchen towels and forgot to leave shampoo. Also found a dirty cup amongst the plastic cups provided. Overall a good stay but lacking some from our last two visits.

We stayed here in July with our kids baseball team, 15 yr old boys, and it is absolutely perfect for groups. You can recommend rooms walking into the huge courtyard where the kids can play games and run around and walk to the pool. There's a barbeque for guests to use as well as picnic tables to pull together. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and food stores, everything you need within a 10 minute walk. The staff was over the top helpful and friendly and the rooms are large with super comfy beds. Breakfast was amazing & included. The only thing that I would say is that it is quite expensive, although that may be the going rate of many hotels in Kelowna in July. If I was staying just with my immediate family I may not pay the money for this hotel, however if I was staying with a sports team again I would book it 100%. Its awesome.

Fantastic hotel! We had a great stay. Room was spotless and the courtyard is beautiful. Thank you again to Shelia, the DOS, for all her wonderful local recommendations and care. Our room attendant, Susanna, was fantastic. She had a bright smile and a meticulous eye. The room was spotless! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area.

My friend and I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Kelowna for 2 nights. We had an inner courtyard room which was very quiet ( there had been a big storm over night and we didn't hear a thing). Bed and pillows comfortable, free parking and a substantial breakfast was included. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Perfect for our family! They were very understanding when we had to check out a day early. They didn't charge us which I was grateful for because I forgot to ask them about it. Thank you to the young ladies at the front desk - amazing they were!
