Stayed here for the Canada Day long weekend. They were very accommodating. The staff gave us a guide on all the Canada Day activities and good restaurants nearby. Most other hotels were booked during this time and they still had a few rooms at a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a good hotel but not the best experience. Checkout was somewhat early at 11 and the sink in our room was badly clogged when we checked in which should have been hard for house keeping to miss. Location was good as it was near a lot of businesses. One of few hotels we have been to with outside pool facilities. Disappointing though that we couldn't take our little one down the slide as they have to be at least 48 inches but after going on the slide it seems unnecessary to have that height restriction better safe than sorry I guess.

Newly renovated this hotel is fantastic. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. Everything is clean and works, except the pool heater but they are working on that. The staff are friendly and willing to do anything to make you stay as pleasurable as possible. Right of the main road gives easy access and close to local restaurants.

Stayed the weekend for a team function. The hotel and room were high quality, clean and comfortable. New renovations in the room were very nice, and the breakfast was good. Only complaint was that renovations were still underway including construction noise early in the morning, and we felt we shouldn't have paid full price to stay during the work.

Was in town for a business meeting over the weekend. Due to me from not living in Kelowna I gave my business contact my hotel number to make it a local call (yes some people still use landlines). Checking in was smooth. But I was sitting in my room awaiting for the call from my business contact. Waiting, waiting. Then there is a knock on the door the guy from the front desk says I have a call? I thought to myself why didn't he just patch it through. He said I will patch it through. Hence he was well aware that the phone in the room wasn't working. Waited and waited for my call to come through. 10 minutes later knock on the door again he said I had a message?? I told him that it is obvious the phone in the room doesn't work. Got my message. Then 10 minutes later a maintenance guy comes knocking on my door to fix the phone. Enough with the damn knocking on my door already. Just finished a 6 hour drive out there and I am getting someone knocking on my door every 10 minutes!! I would warn anyone about going to this hotel in the summer time since it would be packed with screaming kids. Heck there were some out swimming in the middle of March. Anything with a water slide is a big warning flag for anyone who wants peace after a long drive. Oh but before I go I have to mention the fact of the baked on urine on the base of the toilet with a dead ant stuck on it. You know like a fly trap. Disgusting and I told the front desk clerk about this upon departing. But am willing to bet that urine fly trap is still sitting there on the base of that toilet like it had been for who knows how long. And yes I do have a picture of that disgusting toilet but am being blocked from posting it???
