This awesome bed and breakfast was fashioned out of an old school house, and it has a lot of charm to go with it. We enjoyed our stay, and the company of the owner the duration of our time there. I felt like the rate for staying there overnight was actually quite low for what it is. And they included a personalized breakfast the next day. I have many dietary restrictions, and they kept that in mind when they made breakfast. All in all, I don't think that this is a bad place to stay if you're going through northern Idaho on your way north, south, east or west.

Beautiful location with all the amenities and excellent service. Every little detail was attended to and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a real highlight with a spectacular spread of French toast, quiche, fresh cut fruit, locally made huckleberry syrup, and much more. It was especially fun to learn about the history of the school and see all of the features left intact or carefully restored. I hope to visit again soon!

Wow, when a no frills hotel costs the same and more but here you get 5 star treatment! The hot tub soothed every muscle and breakfast- incredibly delightful- huckleberry stuffed french toast! The best porter in Idaho is only half a mile away too!

We love this place. Stayed there both spring and fall for several days while exploring the area. Very clean, decorated nicely, great breakfast. (When we told them we are vegetarians, they made sure to have something we could enjoy.) One caution: You must be able to climb the stairs as there is no elevator; but it's definitely worth the effort.
