Beautiful place rich with history if you have time to chat it up wth the elderly owners. They are friendly, cautious and firm. Its a nightly rental IF there is availability. Most take residency in the furnished rooms and enjoy the natural surroundings of the creek and critters that roam around. It was originally a homestead with 30 quarter horse, a stocked trout pond a creek to play and fish in and an occasional buffalo. Deer roaming in the early mornings and ducks and geese squawking in the turtle pond. If you need a place to unwind in a no frills, quiet place with simple rooms, its great. Its not a hotel or motel, its just a place to hang your hat.

If you are renting long term you should b able to receive mail and not have to get a p.o. box

I called this hotel at 11am on August 20th, 2016 to try and book a week long stay. The front desk lady answered and told me she's sold out all the time and hung up on me. Very rude employees. I wouldn't waste your breath to even try to get a word in with them because they'll just cut you off and hang up anyways.
