Staff here was really friendly. They went above and beyond... Stayed here for work and asked the front desk staff to deliver cupcakes to a colleague for his birthday, who was arriving very late due to flight issues. Not only did they have the cupcakes in his room when he checked in, they also gifted him a bottle of wine. The room itself was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised that I couldn't hear any airport noise. The beds are comfy. The location was very convenient. So close to the airport (with a shuttle provided to and from), and within walking distance to a plaza with restaurants (sushi, Tim hortons), a liquor store and a Pharmasave. Would stay here again.

Very clean establishment and great service. Lee was hospitable, friendly and very quick. Really appreciate Lee going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

While this was not the fanciest hotel, the king bed and sofa room included a kitchenette, which was useful. Location is right across the highway from the airport: a 5 or 10 minute walk, if you need it. Across the road is a grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store and couple of restaurants. Next door is a Starbucks. Overall, a convenient location, unless you need to head to downtown Kelowna, which is a 20 minute drive away.
