Wonderful new hotel! I wish i could rate it better but unfortunately I cannot . My room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. Parking was ample, breakfast was great. Now the bad part... I am 5'3 and not a large human being. I hardly fit in what must have been the worlds smallest bath tub.The kicker to this story is that I am 6.5 months pregnant and just wanted a nice bath to relax after a hard day of work out of town. My knees had to be very bent and the water hardly came up my sides. This left me pathetically trying to splash water at myself to try and stay warm. Had I not tried to have a bath i'm sure my experience would have been better. If you can imagine, I felt like an oversized walrus desperately trying to get comfortable/ warm in what felt like a 5 gallon bucket. I definitely wont be coming back to this hotel.

Great place to stay, very clean and new, morning breakfast was perfect as we passed through on a 14 day road trip to California. Down side was that this was our first hotel stay of our trip, and nothing has lived up to the great experience at this hotel. Best place we have stayed so far.

Very nice facilities, room, comfortable beds. There were several repairs needed in the gym that interfered with use of equipment. Nice helpful staff, although hard to find sometimes, and there was confusion by cleaning / repair staff about our checkout time/whether we had checked out.

We stayed here on our way back to Vancouver from Kelowna.Excellent hotel - brand new hotel and rooms. The room was very clean and huge in size. We missed the breakfast buffet but there was a kind lady who allowed us to have breakfast even after the time was passed. Good choices for breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to others.
