Good location and good price for the space. The rooms are very big. The flooring and kitchen seemed newly updated. The bathroom shower/tub however were not and weren't the cleanest with some moldy areas. My least favorite part of the room was the barely warm water and super low water pressure when showering, it was pretty miserable. The amenities are basic. It does have a pool but it was pretty cold for chilly weather, even indoors which was disappointing. The amount of space though was great, shared with another family and had plenty of room. Loved the glass enclosed porch for watching the city and not being too far from anything downtown.

Make sure you confirm the room is smoke free prior to booking. In their advertising, the hotel indicates that they are a "Smoke Free Hotel". We booked a 2 Bedroom - 2 Bathroom suite with friends to celebrate one last night on vacation. We got to the room and we had to open all the windows as the room stunk with smoke that was pungent. This was not just a slight odor or something a cleaning person could miss. On the way out, I told the front desk and they sorry maybe it was someone in another suite. NOPE. If it's advertised as Smoke Free, then cleaning staff should notify management. Both did nothing.

Our suite was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There was lots of space. I caution everyone considering staying here - depending on your rooms location, you may be close to Davie street which can be loud at night. It may be a good idea to bring noise plugs if you're a light sleeper. Other than that, for the value, this place is great.

I've stayed both with work associates and with family many times and am continuously satisfied with the convenience and value. Their service is friendly, the accommodations are very large, and definitely a gem in Vancouver to find for a family travelling together. You can't beat the price for the size, I've tried! We love the two bed/two bath suite with the full kitchen etc., and it's general location is awesome! We have intentions of returning 3-4 times yearly!

The staff are friendly that’s the best part of our stay. Our room was a 3 star the room was way to hot did not matter what we did to cool it the shower had someone else’s hair in it and the kitchen had nothing in it to cook with. The rooms are large but it’s quite a noisy location with hospital sirens and they keep the front door locked for safety so when u walk out you are not sure what you are walking into
