The room was so clean. The amenities were awesome. Although the town is small, the motel has good surprises for me eg. BBQ area!

Facility was very dirty, dust and debris on floor. Took my shoes off and had to wash my feet. Dirty dishes left in sink. Wifi is poor. Would have left immediately if family had not also been staying at the motel.

Good value, but cleanliness is an issue, all our windowsills had dead flies. The WiFi never worked once during my two day visit. The bed really wasnt comfortable. The towels were are rough as sandpaper. The room itself was a good size for the price. Adding some wall decorations and changing the bedding would make this place much better.

The owners of this place are not your typical good Canadian service. Stayed here with no internet at all 3 days ago. Left my phone charger there and have called once per day about it. They refuse to go look and say they have not called in the housekeeper still but they will ask her when she comes. They told me she would be there 2 days ago and would call me. The guy is actually rude and speaking loudly to me with no intention of resolving my very small problem. The maintenance guy was drunk when I stayed and came out of his room at 10pm speaking about about how bad the managers were. After my last talk with the manager I am very upset. I spoke kindly each time while getting very a more rude response each subsequent time. So disappointing that people can be running a hotel with customer service like that. I definitely would not stay here again. As a matter of fact I wish to never see the manager again as he yelled at me about calling about the charger. I think he must have had someone else really mad at him because he was so mad at me for no reason. I would rate 0 out of 10.
