Friendly owner. Clean room. Upgraded me to a suite with kitchen as it was available. Spacious room, nice view from the bedroom. Great sound proof. Beautiful front yard wit seating areas and BBQ grill available for use. Steps away from the centre (2 min drive)/Main st.

This is an older family-owned motel that is well kept & clean. The room we stayed in was more of a suite. Kitchenette, living-room, bathroom & bedroom. Nice flowers outside! Quiet with reasonable rates.

We recently spent a couple of nights in Osoyoos at the Boundary Motel and had a thoroughly enjoyable relaxing time at the Motel - this is an old style motel, parking directly in front of the unit so easy entrance and exit, clean, comfortable, fully equipped with a separate bedroom, living room, bathroom and equipped kitchen - there is a lovely garden at the front with a barbecue and an area for anyone who wants to smoke - there is a flat screen TV and excellent free wifi that we never had any issues with - it's about 5 minutes from the nearly US border and 5 minutes to the downtown strip - we found the room clean comfortable and quiet and the hosts engaging and pleasant - the rates were fantastic - if you are looking for upscale new design hotel type accommodation then this is not for you but if want an otherwise fully equipped, comfortable and clean old style motel with all the amenities and at a great rate, this is the place for you - we would gladly stay here again the next time we are in Osoyoos

Older but still nice and clean motel.

The motel is 3 minutes away from downtown. Rooms are adequate with a big fridge. They have a distinct scents, probably from the air freshener, but it will go away once you open the window for 5 minutes. Owner is super nice and helpful.
