This bed and breakfast is the most comfortable, high class, yet quaint place I've ever stayed at. The room we were in was really quite beautiful. The decor was very ecclectic with a general theme of "home". The price was exactly what you'd expect to pay for a 3-4 star hotel with no pool and no breakfast, yet the experience at this bed and breakfast measured beyond that of 3-4 star hotel. There was a perfect temperature, salt water pool, surrounded by a breathtaking garden with grapes, pear trees, and apple trees in the back yard, and the welcoming front yard featured another beautiful rainbow of colours from the different plants and flowers. The location is perfect, within 10 minutes walk from the main Street and 5 minutes walk from a lake front beach. The host, David is very hospitable, a fabulous home-cook, and incredibly generous. It seriously feels like we were visiting family at this house. I am planning to come back to Osoyoos specifically to stay at Desert Oasis.

This was my first b&b and what a treat! The host David is so warm and welcoming. His home is beautiful and inviting. There's a saltwater pool in the backyard and a pleasant atmosphere. I truly felt like I was at home being here. David made complimentary breakfasts and he alternates between sweet days and savory days. His home made granola was to die for, on savory day he made the most delicious quiche that I'd ever had. He was very accommodating to my partner and I being vegetarians. Every meal came with fresh fruit. One of the other guests was celliac and although it was a challenge he had fun making gluten free meals for this guest as well. David is a spectacular host and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Osoyoos. This place is also lgbt friendly! So not only was he incredibly accommodating to everyone's dietary preference/restrictions we also felt very safe and not judged being here. It was a clean and quiet (but still fun) home to be in. Please visit here if you're in the area!! :)

David is a very thoughtful and professional host. The rooms are clean and the pool is nicely maintained with a beautiful garden courtyard! Fresh cooked breakfast served every morning. Will definitely stay again! Highly recommended!

Great Bed and Breakfast accommodations in Osoyoos. Clean salt water pool. Beautiful yard. Delicious and free homemade breakfast with fresh fruit & waffles. Convenient location and a great host. Excellent value for a fair price. I recommend calling the owner wnd booking direct as there was rooms available that were not listed on Expedia and Tripadvisor.
