This hotel is unjustified for a single star, but you have to click something to get a rating. I dealt with Judy who was just excellent, gave information about the facilities, the area, parking, everything I asked. I was hauling a very large boat to Rupert from Alberta and needed somewhere to stay, again Judy was awesome. When we got there late, we were 'greeted' by the 2 miserable ignorant disheveled managers that we obviously got out of bed, apparently they roll up the sidewalks at 11 PM. The rates were not as I was told, they didn't want the truck and trailer there, and if we did stay there they wanted additional money to park there. Plus more additional money for the trailer, even though the lot was empty and there were plenty of rooms available. They were miserable from the start, and miserable to the end. To top it off, the place was a wreck and I have been in sewage treatment plants that smelled better. Avoid at all costs, they do not care if they rent or not apparently. Hopefully the next Manager will care about their job and visitors to the area.

Not comfortable at all. No carpet in the rooms, can get pretty cold. Outdated everything.
