Nice hotel right on the ocean coast, rooms are pretty modern with up to date furnishings and beds. Staff was very helpful pointing out local places to visit for food and sites to see. Checking out took less then a minute and complimentary breakfast was good with decent selection.

I am writing this review as my stay is coming to an end. It has been a good experience all around. The room I am in is quite small so their is not much space for a lot of luggage(One large suitcase and a small one or two). It is clean and in good condition. The staff including front desk and cleaners are all very cordial. There is a small lounge overlooking the harbour where cereal, pancakes, tea and coffee are provided for a light breakfast(self-serve). I took their cheapest room which looks out onto the city with Mt. Hays in the background. Expect some noise from traffic but quiet at night until about 7.00 A.M. when the working class start moving about. The INN is located within walking distance of many restaurants, the main mall in Prince Rupert, a movie theater and many other stores. It is less than a ten minute drive from the Ferry Terminals. This being December it is not overly busy. People are very friendly in Prince Rupert so don't hesitate to approach people if you have questions. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again but I would most likely take a different room overlooking the beautiful harbour.

poor rooms and no ac was 25+ in my room crappy service and to this day the only hotel i got kicked out of for what they say was smoking in the room and i even showed them i was rolling rolling a joint before i went hiking up mount hays to watch the sun set. but even though i let the lady in the room to show her i wasn't smoking in the room and that i had a medical condition that a doctor prescribed it to me. i got hit with a 300$ fine and was not allowed back. I liked the one room i was in with the view but that one is a lot more then the advertised price the advertised price is a crappy view of the front of someones vehicle oh mind you they also got the view of you too
