We had a good run but we're breaking up with you. There are other options in Rupert, have a look around. Pros: - Nice ambience - Best burger in Rupert - Pleasant patio setting and friendly wait staff - Good place for a few drinks Cons - Had very inconsistent meal quality the past 2 years with an unfortunate, but consistent, negative trend. Portion size has consistently dropped year over year. Quality has also declined. Smells like a management food costing strategy. So it's very experience for what you get, low value. - Insulting comp policy. Bottom line driven (not customer driven) when mistakes are made. They messed up a dietary restriction order on our last visit and comped us a whopping 1% off our bill. Wow, thanks...we won't be going back. - The breakfasts are consistently terrible.

This is the nicest place in Rupert. The food is great and always consistently great. The service is great. There are banquet rooms and catering if you have meetings or a party. The best clam chowder in town. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel. Nice restaurant and bar. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, very clean and traditionally designed. It was not a economy room, definitely an unexpected treasure. However one BIG drawback to me and the reason for only 4 stars: the bus from the airport(which is mandatory, you have no other options) drops you off a few blocks from the hotel. It is hilly and with luggage and equipment it is quite onerous. Add winter to that and you would wish, as I did that the hotel provided a quick lift. The bus schedule is regular, twice a day, so one would think it is an easy fix. Good experience beyond that.

Fantasy location. Best view the city right by a cliff overlooking the ocean side. Very close to downtown Prince Rupert and walking distance to most of the downtown services. Rooms were incredibly clean and service was arguably the best in town. Restaurant staff by excellent kitchen and all the amenities of a great hotel in Prince Rupert.

Great little hotle. Rooms were quaint and clean, views from restaurant in particular were spectacular. Nice pub with really good food. Would stay there again without hesitation.
