This is nice hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. There are also really great places to come eat just across the parking lot and a GoodLife fitness about 200M away. I got great use out of this. However, if staying in is more your style then they have a decent restaurant and gym just off the lobby. Location is also good. We felt close enough to everything. Overall a good experience. We’d stay again.

well secured inside. nice furnishings. rooms are small for the price no complimentary breakfast or coffee in the foyer. staff were not overly friendly. cleaning lady showed us and explained how elevator worked this should have been the front desk job. beds were comfy and we had a good sleep.

What a wonderful hotel!! Super friendly staff, A+ room and very welcoming to our dog. Couldn't ask for a better stay. 10 out of 10 would stay there again!

Won't be staying here again....I stayed here a few times over the last 3 years and the other times had been great. This last time I stayed however, my stay was horrible from the moment we went to check in. First, my mom and I had booked back in January, and now it was July, we go to check in and they said the room we booked was leaking so they moved us to another room that was supposed to be exactly the same. The room we originally booked had a separate bedroom and a pull out couch. We go to our new room and I want to make my bed, and find out there is only a regular sofa with no hideabed....we call and ask why there wasn't one, they tell us that the hotel got rid of all their pull out couches a few months back (They never called to ask if we wanted to rebook or change to a different room beforehand). So then they offer an air mattress but EXPECT us to pay $20 a night for it even though we already were expecting to have and are paying for 2 beds in the room!!?! Finally, they agree to let us use it at no cost, but it ended up deflating before we even used it...so after complaining about that they put a new air mattress in our room when we're out. When w return that one is already deflated as well. Ended up sleeping on the couch cushions instead multiple nights. Who wants to pay roughly $160 a night to have one person sleep on the floor? ..... After all this, they fought us the whole 5 days we stayed there (only because all other similar accomodations were booked up at other hotels) to give us a discount for THEIR ERRORS! We tried to speak to the manager but they refused to get a hold of us and no staff could solve any of our accomodation mistakes. They were all very pushy. A huge failure for the sandman chains unfortunately. Should be reported to sandman headquarters how this hotel is currently being run.

Staff was courteous and easy to work with. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Would stay there again.
