My boyfriend and I just spent 3 nights here and we were very happy with our stay. This wasn't our first stay here and we have been happy both times. The room was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated, though I dont believe they all have been so definitely spend a little more money for a nicer room! We stayed in room #23 which has wood paneling and ceilings, warm colours and spotless carpet. The owners are very friendly and helpful with places to visit. We travel to Princeton at least once a year and she was still able to show us new things to check out and have maps available.

After witnessing a hit and run drunken driver accident in town and capturing a video of the driver leaving the scene I was searching for an available WIFI connection to send the video in to the RCMP office as requested by the Constable on the scene. I found the Cedars Motel had WIFI. After explaining the situation completely and showing the RCMP officer's card, much to my surprise the Cedars owner refused to let me use their Network. The owner simply said they don't give out the password to non-guests. Apparently, a sense of helping their community is not important to them and I would never choose to give them my business.

For what we needed it was perfect. A place to sleep. It's not fancy, it's not fancy, but the staff were polite, friendly, and professional

Stayed here last year a few times. Friendly owners but had some issues with bugs in a couple of the rooms. Also shower smelt moldy in one of the rooms.
