We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed for a week while we were waiting to close on our house. Unfortunately, it wasn't a vacation as we both had to work during that week, but the place was quiet enough to allow us both to work all day and the internet was reliable - important because I'm an online professor and my wife is online tech support. The room itself was large and well-appointed. A nice full kitchen with a few dishes. (If you're staying long term, bring your own.) Raymond and Andrea were super-nice and friendly. Most of the neighbors were really nice. A couple not so much, but you can't blame the lodge owners for that - a lot of different personalities in a small space - that will happen anywhere you go. Literally the only thing I would change would be to add screens to the window and fix the front window in the room we were staying in so it could open. There were some amazing mountain breezes in the mornings and we would love to have taken advantage of them. Overall, if you're looking for a large room with a kitchen and really friendly owners for a good price, check them out. We will definitely have friends and family stay here when they come to visit.

I had a great month stay here with a fair monthly rate for a full kitchen that included cookware, plates, and cutlery. I noticed very friendly people were staying here during my visit and the same goes to the residents of Princeton. They even invited me and all their renting guests to a delicious turkey Thanksgiving Dinner. All in all - great value for a clean modern room.

I spent a month here for my practicum and I really enjoyed my stay. Room's warm, beds comfy, good space and good convenient location to work. I was very lucky to get a good room and free laundry! Many thanks!

I DO NOT recommend anyone to stay at this place! Do not give a deposit for any room as you will likely have to fight to get it back!!! Good luck! I believe the owner is a fraud! Do your research!

Have been staying here for the past few months as I am moving to Princeton and now have purchased my home. Yes the building is Dated but for a building that is close to 100 years old it's not too shabby. The owners are warm friendly - their son is an absolute awesome person who works very hard. They all have been working hard to repair, clean and update the property. Even some of the guests have given a hand! ðŸ˜† The only issue I have had is other guests staying long term have a habit of not minding their own business and spread rumor, gossip and spiteful things if the managers here don't agree with behaviors. Keep up your efforts Deerview!
