Owner and staff were very hospitable and helpful. Best experience I'd had at a hotel in a long time. Stay included a pass to the community pool which was very nice. The kids had a blast and we got to relax!

I booked a room in the beginning of June for July 20th. I show up and the lodge is under New Management. My booking was nowhere to be seen. The new owners are very difficult to communicate with. The hotel was booked solid and we were sent on our merry way to find another room in Revelstoke. I don't recommend this hotel until they figure their system out.

Very quaint little place for people on a budget in town to do some skiing. The rooms are pretty big and clean. There a bit noisy if you can I'd try for a second floor room. There is no hottub like some pictures show but they do give you pool passes for the local aquatic centre which is quite nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful . The complimentary breakfast isn't anything special but has everything you need for a healthy energy filled day on the hills or around town. All around a very nice ma and pa owned motel with excellent hospitality and service. Thanks again!!

Horrible experience!! Worst is last... 1. 1/2 a toilet paper roll in room for 2 days for two people?! Ran out in the middle of the night and no one at desk til 7am! 2. Showers are DANGEROUS! If someone turns on the water in another room you will be burned with scalding hot water! 3. No clean towels as they said would be cleaned if left in tub. Not done. 4. No blow dryer. 5. Cherry on top... there is not enough parking. One spot left next to the building and they have brick planters in the spot along the SIDE within the parking spot line! (uploaded picture). The bricks scratched my bumper causing significant damage that will cost a lot of money to replace. The bricks can not be seen with the other cars in the lot blocking visibility. Bricks in a parking spot?!? Really? They offered to do absolutely nothing for all tbis. Worst hotel experience ever! If only I could give it 0 stars. Stay away!

Comfortable room and very friendly hosts. Nice games room with pool and foosball tables and a video arcade machine. Not having sink in with the shower means no steamed mirrors. Next to the bed is a multi USB hub.
