Stayed there for a grand total of 5 hours Between jobs. Hotel seemed clean and well-appointed, rooms were nice and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly, it was a pleasure to stay there briefly. My only suggestion would maybe be some better signage to their parking lot. It's a little confusing to get to as you need to drive through the parking lot of another hotel and a restaurant to get there. Especially when you've been working long hours and it's late at night.

Having a great stay. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating - definitely went above and beyond! Rooms are clean and stylish for the price point. Rates were relatively affordable for the area. Conveniently located in Richmond near the Richmond Night Market and the light rail.

The shuttle from the hotel to the airport comes every 30minutes. For a flight crew perspective, this is terrible. We got in late at night and had to sit for 30min. I found trash in the bathroom. Everything else was clean. I got roomed right next to a room with ongoing maintenance. It was very loud the next morning. Front desk people were nice. The restaurant next door was convenient.

Free WiFi, clean rooms, helpful staff. A very straightforward hotel, great stay. Hotel shuttle runs every 30 minutes, book with the front desk. Moxie's is always good.

Not the best place to stay near the airport, but probably not the worst. Rooms seemed dated, but mine had a full kitchenette which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately I also had a "view" of the roof and AC unit, which was also really noisy at night. Overall the hotel feels pretty worn.
