The hotel was fine. I will come back to stay. Helpful, polite staff. Fairly quiet when window is closed. I had the street view. Not bad. Clean and good size room. The hotel was fairly priced, but because of the location, you can walk to whatever you might be looking for. Coffee houses, take-out and small grocery stores are available everywhere. No need a car because of all the other available transportation options. Parking for car is $25/day which is convenient to walk on the side of the hotel. There probably won't be anything for kids to do in the direct area. Young adults would probably be fine here.👍👍👍👍👍

I’m usually not one to post a bad review, because I consider myself a very positive person and would much rather only post 5 star reviews commending business’. However, but stay certainly warrants it. I’m not going waste my time going into details, but do yourself a huge favour and do not book this hotel. The only acceptable thing about it is it’s location.

Location wise,it's a clubbing district.You'd feel the beats when you're staying over weekend. About landry,I wish there could've been more,so that everyone is happy. Front desk manager(Asian lady) was very polite and friendly.

Stayed here with my partner for a couple of nights, and our experience was great! The price was super reasonable, the room was nice, but the best part was the location. We usually stay with my parents in Richmond when we visit, but after staying at this hotel, we want to plan another trip and stay at the hotel again! Being right in central downtown makes a huge difference, especially since there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. As a bonus, there's lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Would for sure stay again.

I rated 4 out of 5 because of the friendly and hospitable front desk staff Zusana. She made sure I was comfortable given that I booked last minute and attending a conference at a different venue. She took the time to get the address and located for me in the map. Zuzana was not just helpful but very welcoming too. I recommend the hotel based on customer service experience with Zuzana on May 27th check in.
