We had booked to stay here at the best western in Omak.. We left Vancouver and had planned on going through the north cascades on Route 20 to arrive at Omak. Disappointingly, we found the road to be closed so we retraced our tracks which cost us about 3 hours. We ended up at Wenatchee at another Best Western. I called the Omak best western and explained what had happened. They very graciously accepted my explanation , as to why we could not get there, and did not charge me! This is with literally with no notice. Thank you so much. I will definitely make a point of stay with you! Nice to know that people can be so understanding.

This hotel is very well set up. We had 4 girlfriends sharing a double queen room and it was so convenient to have the double sinks and large counter outside the bathroom.. These rooms are very spacious and comfortable for our group. I will definitely stay here again. It is also very close to all amenities..

This is a nice hotel located near the center of the town where you can walk to a number of restaurants. The room amenities were fine and I'm glad to see they had Direct TV and a fast internet connection. The rooms were large and very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were large and in the morning they had a free continental breakfast. The only complaint I have is not particularly against this hotel but as a trend in general. It seems that the last few hotels that I have been to have installed those very small, miniature toilets and miniature bathtubs. Why? I have no idea but I do not like them.

Clean quiet rooms that do not feel like you are staying in a closet. The shower in the particular room I was staying in could use an update of caulk and paint but overall the place was great. Weekdays there is a 6am rush on breakfast. Come about 6:30 so the staff can recover for warm items.

Very nice place! Rooms were nice and very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful and polite. The complementary breakfast was good.. could have used a few more options but was yummy.
