The "breakfast" is not worth the mention. Rooms are good.

We had a large room with a king bed, whirlpool-tub, and glass shower. Room was large and nicely appointed. Wood floor and several good-sized windows. I thought the bed was fine though the pillows were not my favorite. The host was very friendly and helpful. There was no exact set time for breakfast and we ended up leaving early in the morning to catch the ferry, so other than picking up an apple, we didn't sample any breakfast. Contrary to the room, the exterior and immediate grounds are a bit cluttered and unkept. Location is right next to the ferry. You will have to go back up the road and turn around but it makes it easy to be on time and not have to pay extra for the ferry online reservation. The location is also not far from Butchart Gardens and downtown Victoria (20-30 min). Given the quality of the room and location, I would stay here again.

The owner operator is salt of the earth, Jojo doesn't let any detail go by.
