Definitely beautiful, like a palace. I thought it was so beautiful. The restaurant was enjoyable. I stayed on the first floor which had incredibly high ceilings. It was particularly loud in my room because I must have been close to the stairs to the next level, as well as an audible thumping through the night that we had no idea what it was. So the particular room that I stayed in was a little too loud for my liking. The bed was comfortable and had a lot of pillows. The bathroom was beautiful and had a separate toilet room. The staff were friendly. Outside in the courtyard, the fire pit area made me feel like I was on a beautiful vacation! Unfortunately they do not have an outdoor liquor license past 10 p.m., so it feels really, really early when they come around to tell you they're shutting the fires off and serving no more alcohol LOL. That was quite a damper. The ocean view is spectacular and they take really good care of their Gardens. I would most definitely go back for another night and hope for a quieter room.

For a hotel in this price range I was disappointed that the safe didn't work and the request for repair was not responded to. The in-room refrigerator did not work. There was no microwave in the room although we could have asked at the desk for one. We did ask for a kettle to heat water for tea but there was no complimentary tea and the kettle was not in the room to begin with. There were two small hooks to hang towels on but even with plenty of room for towel bars there were none. So towels did not dry and could not be used again. The cooling and heating unit was very loud. The setting is stunning, the food was very good, the staff friendly and the location was great for exploring this area. The little inconveniences became more annoying as the days went by though. Why not bring the room amenities up to the level we find in more moderately priced hotels then Prestige would be 5 star in my book.

Beautiful view from the patio. I was there for a wedding reception and the food was amazing. The lamb shank was the best I have had. The staff were professional and welcoming. The hotel had a resort-like feel.

Stayed on Saturday June 23rd and will start with the good points first 1.the view 2.the food. Now the bad points there’s no fans in the washroom, the air conditioner did not work and the room upstairs air conditioning was dripping water onto our deck all night and morning...drip drip drip drip it can drive a person crazy hardly got any sleep at all with the dripping and the people upstairs were moving furniture it sounded like till 1am the next thing that happened was that someone’s alarm clock was going off since 6am. This is not recommended if you want to relax and have a nice quite sleep I would recommend another hotel. I booked it out of this hotel to get to my own bed at 7am enough is enough

Rooms are great, restaurant is delicious, grounds are beautiful! Love the fire pits in the back patio! Brunch was fantastic! Great place to get away and relax by the water. Will return again soon!
