The hotel is conveniently located not far off Highway 99, and a short drive to downtown Squamish. Staff were friendly, and there is an exercise room and a small pool that is suitable for children to play in and for adults to lounge in. The hot tub is enjoyable, and underground parking that is accessible via the elevator is also convenient. A view of the mountains from our room was spectacular, and the room with a kitchenette is extremely large and spacious. The two downsides: the air conditioner rattled and was a bit loud, and the dishwasher was noisy. , But overall, a bargain for what we paid. Would recommend it!

Rooms were clean and nice. Location was awesome. Beautiful view at back of hotel. Only thing not happy with was the lack of safes in our room. Most hotels have safes this one lacked that. And they have balconies and people below us smoked and the smell and smoke filled our room, ample parking outside and underground as well.

Rooms were in need of updating. Lots of rusty parts in the bathroom. Our tub was completely clogged, up to the shins in water when showering. When asked to have someone take a look, nothing was done, unfortunately. AC unit didn't do much and sounded like a tractor. The location was good, but our view was the pool and parking lot. Would likely look elsewhere if staying in the same area.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. Nice pool area. We stayed there because we went on a white water rafting tour with Canadian Outback Rafting Company, which was a big success.

The room was excellent. Clean, ample space, loved the deck with mountain view. The restaurant was pricey and putting it bluntly, just not very good. Drinks are about half the size of normal drinks elsewhere yet twice the price. We were on vacation so we decided to splurge and get the "Couples massage". They were very good. The advertised price was $198. We felt that was fair. But when it came time to pay she wanted $198 in American dollars and $240 in Canadian. Hey the hotel is in Canada. Advertise your price in Canadian dollars! Then worse, she wanted cash, not credit card. We use our CC for most purchases. We simply didn't have that much cash on us. They should include details about all of this in the website details for the spa. Thank goodness there was an ATM in the lobby. For a fee of course.
