First off the staff is great, friendly and helpful. The first room we were put in looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Pulled back the sheets on both beds to find stains on the sheets of both beds. We asked for our sheets to be changed and the ones that were put on had even more stains on them. As te sheets were pulled off the mattress pads were so badly stained it was so gross. We changed rooms and those sheets were stained. We were finally put in another room and the sheets were better and the room was more clean. Even the decor pillows in the first room was so filthy. The bathroom in the first room was dirty. I will not be staying here again.

4 stars for the price alone. This is a nice quite place close to everything. The attached Whitspot restaurant also has some very good food

The room was advertised as having a "mini fridge with a grab bar, and coffee maker". While it did have a mini fridge and a coffee maker, the supplies we're poorly stocked, only had decaf, only 1 creamer, and the mini fridge and she was empty. There was no "grab bar" which is usually a fully stocked fridge that you pay for what you consume. We asked for room cleaning and restocking of supplies after day 2, and they only brought 1 regular coffee packet and no extra toilet paper. Kind of sketchy. The hotel restaurant was excellent however, (and breakfasts we're free!) although the bar did not stay open past 8 or 9 pm.

Tired hotel property, but conveniently located in Downtown Terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful, but that just seems to help them cover for the various mistakes and glitches you'll encounter.

Under the beds were full of garbage and hadn't been vaccuumed (not great to discover when youre looking for toddlers lost toys) Left something in the room and they never called us. Didnt notice until we got out of town and almost home. Had to call and confirm then drive back and it was "missing" 🤔
