Front desk staff was amazing during check in, during stay and checkout! So friendly and accommodating! Happened to meet the manager as well and it’s very apparent he cares about his guests and their stay! The room was very clean and super comfortable. Also super convenient having the restaurant and bar in the hotel. The pool and hot tub were also wonderful and it was cool to have the view from our room! Will definitely stay again when we are in Kelowna! Thank you Matt and staff, for making our experience so wonderful!

They upgraded our room and it was amazing! The front staff very friendly. We left a swimsuit and the lady on the phone may have not had her coffee but the overall experience was great

Stayed here with my family for 10 days before the wild fires really got bad! This is our 2nd time visiting this hotel and both stays were great! We had originally booked our stay at a different room (Junior suite) which also had a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed for our kids. Things were fine and dandy in that room until the AC unit in the bedroom stopped working. I told the front desk about it and they sent someone to try and fix it. Ultimately they said they couldn’t fix it that night and so I asked to be moved to a different room. Kelowna was experiencing some really hot weather and so it was unbearable to have no AC. They moved us at their king suite and got us a complimentary night for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. Their king suite was nice and had a kitchenette and a patio. It was very roomy and made for a nice stay in Kelowna. They have a nice pool and hot tub which came in handy for those smoky and rainy days where outdoor activities were not recommended. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely be back again.

I had an excellent stay here! I was upgraded to the Penthouse suite and the room was more than what I expected. Also exceptionally clean. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I ate at Dennys and they were also very friendly and service was wonderful. I will definitely be back !

I got an email response from Matt, he has been apologetic and I understand where he is coming from, sometimes when things are super busy it's pretty hard to get to everyone. I appreciate Matt for acknowledging my concern and taking care of me. Hence I have changed the review from a 1 star to a 3-star rating. I hope in my next stay I get to give them a 5-star rating. I would highly recommend everyone to give this place a try.
