I had a wonderful stay last night! The food at the restaurant was delicious my room was very clean and the front desk clerk Tanya accommodated all of my requests with a very friendly attitude. I strongly recommend this hotel

You wouldn't guess from the outside that the rooms were so nice inside. Also they take the 100 percent clean guarantee wire seriously. I have been in newer hotels that were not as clean. Even where the walls meet the corners, there wasn't even any first or long build up. The reason for the forf star rating though.. No microwave, as with many hotels with a restaurant. You can request one, but doesn't mean you'll get one. No elevator, at least on the side we stayed in. Towels in bathroom are too close to the toilet for my liking. I blame the architect for that one. The showers in the rooms are pretty cool. Staff all take their job seriously, from security to front desk agents. Overall, a really nice property, though I am unlikely to stay again because a microwave is essential to me.

Easy to access in the city, modern interior looked very nice. The hotel lobby, meeting room and main washrooms were nice and clean. Staff were mannered. Excellent experience overall, I would consider staying overnight if needed.

Arrived to discover a planned power outage had been prearranged. I had prepaid. Hotel was without power from the moment I arrived until 130 am. No AC made the room unbelievably hot. Management decision to allow bookings knowing no power is criminal. Worst stay ever in a hotel in Canada. Normally a good hotel. Last night a sweat box where a security guard with flashlight took me to my room. Power came back on, hotel Lit up like a bomb went off. Why did they allow bookings? Waiting for apology and refund.

We attended their sunday brunch following a family gathering. We had requested to have a private space booked and we were in a room off the main dining area, it was perfect. They were able to walk though the brunch buffet with our guests to accommodate allergies.
