My sons grandparents drove 4 hours from their home to visit and take my sons swimming. They were at the hotel for a hour before my oldest son stepped on a piece of glass in the pool area. We were in the emergency room at the hospital until midnight for him to have it cleaned and glued close because the cut was so deep. The pool was not shut down. When I took him back to the hotel to sleep (informed kids they could not swim in the morning) the elevator reeked of marijuana.

Whether it's the first stop into Brandon or the last stop for the night. This hotel is IT. Great location. Friendly staff .Comfortable beds, Pool time for the kids, Breakfast after a good night sleep, and easy access to get back on the road. Great bang for your buck.

The hotel was nice, the Day staff was nice, the rooms were clean and smelled fresh... just one issue... our hide-away-bed was very broken. Instead of the night staff being helpful by addressing the issue, he placed blame on me for getting the wrong type of room... did not offer any help, would not admit to the bed being broken even after he could not open the bed.. "I can't open it so I can't confirm that it is broken" is what he said. I didn't write a review right away, I emailed Customer services, however they have not replied in 7 days... so, now the review. The Night employee didn't offer any help or any options to fix the issue until I had another hotel on the phone and asked for a refund. at that point and over 20 minutes later, he moved me us into another room. Had they done that from the start, I would have given this place a great review... Nice Pool, Good breakfast, nice hot tub and sauna. Check-in and out went smooth, all but 1 employee was friendly and ruined the whole experience.

Very good place to stay, nice variety of breakfast items in the mornings and the room was spotless and very comfortable. Only issue is the hotel is right off the highway and not within walking distance of any amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Ayanna and her staff have always been friendly and accommodating whenever I stay at Brandon. The hotel and rooms are very clean, and the property well maintained. As a frequent traveller to Brandon I always look forward to staying at this hotel and would highly recommend to others.
