So happy with guest services here. Air conditioning wasn't working in our room, immediately offered us another room and upgraded as well. Friendly staff, rooms very satisfactory and check in was easy. Very happy guests!

Bathtub and sink did not drain. It was not as advertised.. it says all rooms come with microwave and refrigerator but they dont (yes they found me one) even when you show them on their site..they argue with you that only suited have microwaves. When you enter the hotel the first thing you can smell is the pool which is located in the basement in a non-ventilated area- throats and nasal passages were burning so we could not use it. The fire hazard in my room-well you don't put a huge arm chair beside the bed that you can hardly move.. had there been 2 of us in that bed the person laying on the left side of the bed would have had to climb over the other to get out.

Just picked up a coworker here, but the lobby was nice and front desk guy called me a cab. The breakfast was accommodating to my coworker and make here a quick to go meal when she didn't have time to sit and eat.

Friendly staff, good location for my visit. Some local people seemed to think it was not a great place to stay, but I thought it delivered what it promised.
