Not pleased with my stay whatsoever. I had to request new bed linen because of it not being laundered; they offered an upgrade for the inconvenience. The “upgraded” room was exactly the same as the previous, and had unwashed makeup stains on the pillows! I requested all new linen once again, and had to make my own bed because housekeeping staff wasn’t on shift. I have stayed at many Delta Hotels dozens of times without issue. In my opinion dirty linen is inexcusable, and will never be returning to this Delta Hotel location in Winnipeg.

A great meal from the salad to the desert, and it was served by a great bunch of cheerful and very kind servers. It was obviously their goal to make sure our evening could be enjoyed to the fullest, they even helped us by finding an extension cord to get our sound system up and running. The Delta has been the location for our school's grad for many years and never disappoints.

This hotel was amazing!!! The customer service was outstanding. My car was waiting for me at 6:45 sharp the morning of I’d departure. The outdoor pool receives the right amount of sun most of the day. The adult swim is awesome at night. We stayed on the 16th floor and the views were amazing, as well.

I stayed in a club-level king room on the 11th floor. The room looks to be recently renovated, it was spacious and quiet with a small balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The outdoor pool was definitely a plus on a warm day! Will return to this hotel the next time I'm in Winnipeg.

Drinks at Elephant and Castle in the lobby is usually a good time. English style pub, service is friendly and quick, and good selection of beer on tap. Food is great as well, traditional pub fare like bangers and mash and fish and chips. Done really well, portion sizes are bigger than expected, you get your money's worth here
