My experience at this hotel was the best I’ve had at ANY hotel including some of the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. I’m currently going from BC to NS so a lot of stops. We arrive here and the front desk staff are extremely friendly, check in was made simple and easy, and they gave us two free vouchers for the breakfast buffet. We arrive to our room and it was very clean and the option of the door to cut off the others I was staying with, was nice and gave a feel of having your own room. After about 20 minutes our phone rang and it was the front staff making sure everything was okay in our room, which I’ve never had happen to me so it was nice. Then we went down to the pool and hot tub which were also clean and the temperatures were perfect! We stayed the night which was awesome for the bed but just good for the pullout couch but if I had called down I have no doubts they would have brought me an extra topper or whatever I needed as they already brought me extra pillows. The next morning we went downstairs for breakfast, and they sat us at a booth. For someone who doesn’t eat meat or dairy and is gluten free, it is hard for me to find things I can eat. EVEN THOUGH it was a buffet the chef offered to make me a different kind of eggs without cream and offered me gluten free toast for no extra charge. They also had fruit, and cereal with almond mylk. Extraordinary customer service and great options for anyone with allergies or food restrictions. Because of my experience here, I will always stay at a Best Western Plus!!
