Was in Winnipeg to visit a family friend for the weekend and to celebrate my hubby's birthday. I requested that a red wine be delivered to our room to surprise my hubby. Unfortunately, they don't cater to such a request as they do not have a restaurant in-house. On the brighter side, there is Pony Corral Restaurant & Bar just next to the hotel and it wasn't bad either. Over all, the property and the service is good. Location is also great as it is easily accessible and quite convenient.

The night desk clerk was amazing when I approached him with my migraine. The pool and slide were enjoyed by my children. Though it seemed very similar to a portable pool and slide as it had a vinyl liner that had a huge Ripple that I tripped on in the middle of the pool. Room was comfortable and we all slept well. Parking spaces are tiny and hard to come by.

Stayed as part of a very large group , they were able to accommodate everyone with ease ( especially during the complimentary breakfast rush everyday ) I was very surprised and pleased with the weekday complimentary evening soup and snack !!! Courteous & friendly staff. Comfy beds and pillows. Highly recommend.

The pool area was amazing! The pool may have been a little small but the slide made it so much better. The breakfast was also really tasty, and had lots of options.

Upgraded to spacious 1-bedroom suite with kitchenette & dining table w/3 chairs that had solid cushion support w/o sagging, sleeper sofa cushions sagged a bit in the front. Wifi router was in our room so fast, strong connection. Good breakfast w/scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, pancakes, waffle maker, cereals, good quality wheat breads, canned peaches or fruit cocktail, fresh fruit (apples, oranges), sweetened & unsweetened oatmeal. Evening snacks of soups, fresh veggies w/dip & salsa, Chex party mix, tortilla chips. 24-hour coffee & tea in breakfast area. Nice gym with free weights & weight bench. Friendly, courteous, polite front desk, housekeeping, & breakfast staff. Medium thickness towels. A/C was chilly at night because blowing onto the bed. Queen mattress had soft comfortable padding, but woke with sore backs due to some sagging of mattress on both left & right sides. Fairly quiet room w/mild traffic heard.
