In-room smoking, dogs, whatever. The food at the hotel's strip club is surprisingly good. However the raffles for private dances are rigged. :(

Mixed feelings. Room was cheap, cabaret club next door was entertaining... but the front desk was always empty, nothing for towel or room service, and when I asked if there was a cheaper rate if I paid by the week the lady said yes, but I saw no discount applied to the bill.
