Was a good stay. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Pool was nice. To bad hot tub wasnt working. But overall a nice place. Customer service was fine and friendly.

My family stayed here last night and had a bad experience. The lady was extremely rude and accusational. She stated that we did not call to book a pet friendly room in which we did. She then threatened us that it will be a $100 surcharge to have a pet in a non pet friendly room because there are no more pet friendly rooms. When we told her the date we called in, she looked at her computer and said that there is a pet friendly room. Called and spoke with management about the lady's attitude. They were respectful and willing to hear me up thus 3 stars instead of 1.

Older place with upgrades to rooms so it doesn't feel old. Pool area us large as well as the breakfast/social gathering area which also has a pool table. Restaurant and bar are limited hours of operation, 5pm-9pm so before and after that, plan to have food ordered in or grab before you stop for the night. Also, restaurant is mainly breakfast or easy Indian food. Very limited appetizer menu. T.V. is actually a good full list of channels with access to a guide right from the remote (not the typical hotel channel listings) and is provided by Shaw direct. Beds could use an upgrade but were still comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and had the most amount of upgrades in the room but were a little tight if you want to fit 2 people in there at a time. I feel price was great for what I got ($90 plus tax due to slow day)

The rooms are comfortable. The pool and hut tub are very nice. The air conditioning seems to struggle to keep up on a warm day. The continental breakfast is sparse.

Worst hotel in my life. First off its a lie when they say they have a gym. None available what so ever. The room was still dirty when I checked in with no AC to boot. The shower was cold. I had to leave it running for 5 minutes just to get it lukewarm. The people there are nice but save yourself the pain and stay somewhere else.
