Always a great experience. Such friendly helpful staff. It seems they can't do enough for us. They feel like family. Rooms are ultra clean, and very comfortable. We were offered delicious chocolate cookies upon arrival which really hit the spot. The morning free breakfast is more than ample and my husband loves the pancakes. We really love the convenience of this hotel to the airport. I do not know who hired these people, but they need to be commended for their choices. Special mention for the young man and the young lady who checked us in at 4:30 pm on Friday may 4 2018. Also Darrel the van driver who picked us up at the airport. Very friendly.

Staff is nice and hotel is very clean with big rooms. The only issue was the parking lot that had about 75-90% of it taken up by park n fly people making it impossible to find decent parking for every day users. I was told while there that the policy was changed and parking should get much better which I think is going to be done. I do recommend as long as they put customers ahead of the park n fly like they promised me they would do from now on.
