Asked for a pet friendly room, and because we had 3 people in or group we needed 2 beds. They only had 1 pet friendly room and it only had 1 bed. Not happy. Did not stay and was disappointed in this hotel chain. Always stay at Comfort inn, but rethinking my choice from now on.

STAY AWAY. If I could give zero stars I would. I booked a room a month in advance in anticipation of the Canada Day long weekend. When we showed up we were checked into a dirty room with sheets pulled off the bed and piled around, and the door open. The front desk clerk then told us she had mistakenly given us the key and didn't actually have a room for us. We ended up having to pay $60 more dollars for a room in the Best Western. This is my second bad experience with the Comfort Inn, I don't plan to try again.

Woman staffing the breakfast room was snippy. Clean facility. NO ELEVATOR and we had to hall a lot of luggage up a flight of stairs. Front desk staff young, not very knowledgeable nor helpful. Automatic door for the disabled did not work. Better to stay at a Days Inn

This place is a complete joke. We booked a month in advance and we were promised 2 rooms on the same floor. When we arrive they put us on 2 separate floors. We told the front desk that we were promised 2 rooms on the same floor after I had spent AN HOUR on the phone with their reservations department making sure of this. They told us it wasn’t them who made the reservations so it wasn’t their problem and said there was nothing they could do because they were all booked up. It was early in the day and there was barely anybody here, they had plenty of time to move things around but were too lazy to do so. So we go to our rooms and our keys don’t work. I go to the desk to have them activated again and wait in line while the front desk deal with 2 separate guests that they accidentally put into the same room. Needless to say, we will never be staying at a Comfort Inn or any Choice Hotel ever again.

have been staying here for many years traveling to Nova Scotia and back. They only have one disabled room. When we booked we specifically asked for the handy-cap room but on our arrival we were told it was not available. The reason being that it had not been cleaned after the previous customer left. As the shower head was too high for me I could not adjust the water flow and as I walk with a cane It was difficult to use the shower. All and all I was very unhappy with the experience and will have to find another hotel for future travels. Also the gentleman at the desk was not the least bit helpful which was a new experience for me. Things have changed and not for the best.
