Tried this Hotel this time while travelling through to Newfoundland. Was very please with the service and accommodations. Will go back again. Price was excellent, forgot my swimwear but next time maybe we will take advantage of the indoor pool, whirlpool and gym. Breakfast was included! Easy in off the highway. Close to gas and services to get back on the highway to carry on.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. After a long drive the bar/ lounge was a welcome respite at 5 p.m. The Happy Hour was a pleasant surprise. Comfy bed and large room meant a good night's rest. The place is right off the highway so easy access in the morning. The breakfast room is too small for the hotel and food items were slow to be replenished. More breakfast room staff needed at busy times but they were all friendly.

Have been staying at the Best western Plus the past few years while travelling from Ontario. Love the staff and the place. Always treated really good and the sleeping arrangements and morning breakfast rocks! My son really enjoys the pool and the area. We will definitely be staying here again. 😊

We stayed here on the way to PEI and it was excellent. New, clean, friendly, quiet, lovely big room with a king sized bed. Stayed with our cats. No extra charge for pets. They were lovely about having the cats stay. Nice laminate flooring so easy to clean up after (we are maid service for the cats). Very happy with our stay and will stay again. Boston Pizza and Shopper’s Drug mart nearby for dinner and picking up what we forgot.

Do not stay at this hotel. We arrived a 4 pm and had to wait an hour to get our room. We had reserved this room. I watched people arrive without a reservation and get their room right away. There is not enough staff... the poor girls at the front desk had to contend with patrons and then answer the phone and make reservations why the lines got longer. The next morning When I brought it up with the general manager he didn’t think I should be upset.... after all they are short staffed. Why was he not at the hotel helping out .... as a manager I would have. . This manager didn’t care about my complaint. He told me to write a letter and stay somewhere else.... So if customer service is important to you, this is not the place to stay.. also that free breakfast is all prepackaged with more chemicals in it then a human body should ingest. I will never stay there again.
