Amazing little classic motel. Rooms are cheap and clean. This is the perfect motel experience for those who can appreciate, and are prepared for, a stay in a true roadside motel. If out of date furniture, ancient televisions, and stained carpets are deal breakers for you then move on to the next spotless hotel chain. 💓

We have been staying there for I don't know how may years. At least 10 or 15. The last two, even though I had made reservations at least a month ahead were told when we got there the room had been given to someone else, this year by mistake, last year because someone else called after us and insisted on that room. After telling us that it had been given to someone else, he just stood there and stared at us for a while and then said we picked a bad day to come since they had just vacuumed the carpets in the other rooms and all the floors were damp. (This was on the Friday night of a ling weekend.) Then just stared at us again. After I mentioned he did the same to us last year, he asked if we had been there before and he decided to give us another room but at the same price as the room we had reserved. In the past we paid extra for the room we reserved (it is a newer room). In the morning, all the rooms were full so I suspect this was all so he could get more money for the rooms. The rooms are ok for what you pay but every other motel we stay at regularly treats us much better. We are just looking for a place to sleep after a 10 hour drive and our 12+ hour drive the next day. This year I did not sleep well and will never return.
