*PET FRIENDLY* This hotel is in a very convenient location in Fredericton and is absolutely gorgeous. Rooms are large, clean, and modern. Access to heated pool, sauna, hot tub, and fitness center is awesome. You have the ability to overlook the river and access the walking trails beside it. Downsides include being able to hear everything your neighbour says or does and you would think for the price you pay here that you could at least get breakfast included, not pay an arm and a leg to have it. Overall: beautiful place that could offer more for the price. Room service????

We were there for Animaritime and the hotel provided free and plentiful water. The staff were helpful and attentive. We had a beer at the James Joyce Pub in the hotel and enjoyed that immensely. The waiter let us sample the beer before we bought it which I appreciated. The only thing that was annoying was 2 of their bathrooms were closed so it made for longer line ups.

We were greeted as if we were very important guests at check-in. The room was on the 7th floor and afforded us a lovely view of the St John River. We enjoyed dinner out and returned to a very quiet room with extremely comfortable beds. We had a decent breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The only glitch in the whole stay was as we were checking out. An overzealous manager kept talking over the young man who was performing the task and chiding him in front of us. Apparently the younger man wasn't supposed to tell us we'd paid for our room through Expedia. We felt that should not be done in front of us and was much ado about nothing.

Extremely pleased with this hotel. Was upgraded to a jacuzzi sweet when the attendant found out we recently got engaged. We will be back again and again. Has a lovely pool and hot tub with many rooms to choose from. Is conveniently placed downtown Wich is a bonus as well. Only thing that's a detractor is that there is no free breakfast or parking available.

Clean spacious rooms with great air conditioning and friendly staff. Great outdoor parking lot. Close to downtown nightlife and fine dining. The restaurants and bar in the hotel are excellent.
